KOSME s.r.l. was founded in 1981 designing and producing automatic LABELLING machines. Within a very short time the company became a market leader.

Thanks to this success, in 1987 the company decided to increase the production offering by entering the packaging machine market forcefully, creating the current PACKAGING division.

Palletizers, de-palletizers, case formers, cartoners, and case sealers are the main elements produced by this division; both units for medium-low production and for companies where significant work loads are expected.
Over the years, the company has continued to grow the production markets, and its FILLING division has become a main player in the filling market. From gravity fillers to net weight ones, from rinsers to blow molding machines; the Filling division has registered the same success as the other company divisions.

In 2001, thanks to our partnership with KRONES, a leading world-wide company, Kosme has reinforced and increased its product offering thanks to the exchange and synergy with KRONES.
Through time, KOSME has maintained the essential features that have made the company famous over the years: custom solutions, high performance, highly reliability, and simplicity of use.

SYNCHROBLOCK is our new machine designed to connect KOSME technology for blow molding directly with bottle filling, without the need for air conveyors.

The single blow molding-filling unit gives the customer tangible advantages: simplification of layout thanks to the elimination of conveyors between the blow molding machine and the filler; line and operating cost reductions; water and energy savings; reduction in format changeover times, and, more generally, maintenance; and only a single operator is required.
